Our CryoTherapy Machine is simple to apply and highly effective for targeted relief. Start by selecting the appropriate cuff—knee, ankle, or shoulder—based on your injury or area of treatment. Once the cuff is securely attached, connect it to the machine via the hose, ensuring a snug fit for optimal compression.
There are two methods of application: plug the machine into a power source for continuous cooling (the pump goes up in increments of 10 seconds) or use the gravity-fed option for more portable use.

No, the Cryotherapy Machine does not have temperature control. The cooling effect depends on the amount of ice placed in the machine. You can add as much ice as you like to enhance the cooling experience. We also include reusable silicone ice trays (1.3L capacity) with each purchase to help you manage the ice more efficiently.
