Only used a couple of times but aids recovery for my knees. I put them on straight after exercising and it helps and I can walk the next day

Recommended to me by my footy coach after tearing both my acl and meniscus in a footy injury. As I’m now doing rehab 3-5 times a day it feels so good to get done and get this sleeve on.
Ordered XL which was too big and they were very helpful letting me exchange for the L. Perfect size now.
Thanks Cryo Remedy
Perfect for my daughter as she plays a lot of sport and has bad knees. So it helps with recovery and inbetween games/trainings. Nice and soft easy to use no mess and perfect temperature. Isn’t frozen or hard when it comes out of the freezer. Perfect product love it highly rate it
Without even putting it in the freezer it felt cold. Dont ask how! It’s so great. Then after it’s been in the actual freezer it definitely lives up to its name of cryo!! Stated cold for a good 20 minutes. So happy with it! Highly recommend!
I brought 2 sleeves a Large and an XL have used both the L on my elbow when my tennis elbow has flared up and I’m in extreme pain and the XL on my Knee after a big day standing & walking the Kms for 12hrs doing Traffic Control by the end of day it’s swelled up like a balloon slide both on sit and relax for 45min after taking them off I feel like I’ve got a new knee and elbow.!!! Sensational product!!!!
After using it every day after TKR 5weeks ago its incredible total all round cold therapy easy to use easy to get to cold temp in freezer highly recommended

Been using mine for about 2 years now and it works like a bomb. Helps with pain management and recovery. Very happy with this purchase, at only a fraction of the cost of other machines.
