A very handy and effective massage device. I use it often when at the desk, it takes up no space. I find the different levels of intensity provide good options depending on the application. I just wish I had purchased it sooner. I specifically use this ball for my plantar fasciitis, tight glutes and sore lower back all while I am working away.
